+ 1Coming back to the gym after a long hiatus, my primary goal was to drop the excess weight I’d carried during my recovery years. This Tirzepatide was the perfect tool.
Appetite/Hunger: Within 36 hours of the first pin, the "food noise" was greatly reduced. I wasn't just "less hungry"—I was beginning to become indifferent to food, which made staying in a caloric deficit much easier.
Physical Effects: I felt steady. I didn't experience any of the common GI issues or nausea some report.

+ 1Can’t complain about the experience at all. It was pretty seamless from start to finish. Pricing seems on par with most other brands and they have sales promos regularly.
Tirzepatide 30mg. I, along with many others in my circle, have had great success with it. My wife has lost 40lbs on it and with that gained a much needed confidence boost. I’m down around 15lbs or so. It will dramatically reduce your appetite, which is kinda the point. I will give some advice though, if you’re are not hungry don’t force yourself to eat. You can make yourself nauseous and sometimes even throw up.
I haven’t tried the Cialis yet as I’m still using some old ones I have from a now awol source.
Test C 200. I’m only running around 250-300mgs a week. I was using a different source and since switching over I haven’t felt any different. Still horny all the time as I was with the previous US source. I’m dropping body fat running the Tirz and the Test is keeping me from losing muscle mass. No acne and No PIP whatsoever.
Just started the EQ at 300mgs a week. It’s too early to tell about the effectiveness. I microdose it with the test in an insulin syringe. No PIP from it either.
Email pretty much immediately upon order. I haven’t had any issues in the several orders I’ve made the last year. Ordering process is super simple. No mistakes on their end so far so it’s been good so far.
Packaging is good. It has never been more than 2 weeks to receive an order. Haven’t ordered a huge order yet but the ones I have have been in small boxes.

Overall I felt strong, confident, and driven. Libido was noticeably higher, workouts felt aggressive in a good way, and energy stayed consistent without feeling jittery or burnt out. No lethargy or brain fog at all — just a solid sense of well-being and focus.
Weight / size gained:
I put on just under 10 lbs, with very visible increases in fullness and muscle density. Strength climbed fast and consistently, and the size looked quality, not sloppy.
Appetite:
Appetite increased but stayed manageable. I was able to eat more clean calories without feeling sick or overly bloated, which made hitting macros easy.
Body fat:
Minimal fat gain. If anything, I looked leaner due to improved muscle fullness and hardness, especially as the cycle progressed.
PIP / Acne:
Virtually no PIP on the Test C or NPP — injections were smooth and clean. Acne was minimal and very manageable, nothing out of the ordinary.
Other changes noticed:
Recovery was excellent, pumps were unreal, and strength endurance during workouts was noticeably better. Sleep quality stayed solid, and overall I just felt “on point” day to day.

I've been using Kits4Less as my main source for over a year now and they've been flawless. From customer support to delivery, everything works like a charm. 2026 will be another year I'll be heavily relying on them and already submitted my order for my first 12 week cycle.
I've tried Test C, Test P, Anavar, Primo, T-Bol and Clen.
Test/Primo: extremely happy with the results, I've had no PIP at all - I've run them with IM injections as well as SubQ for lower TRT doses. Primo in particular seemed better than anything I've sourced from elsewhere.
Anavar: Had the same results as my pharma-grade Anavar I used to source from labs when in another country.
T-Bol/Clen: extremely strong - Clen in special was stronger than any other I've tried.
Customer service is the best you can expect. Their response time and politeness is super professional. I've requested support in the past for payment and delivery and always had extremely good feedback. This is probably the top key for me.
(US) Delivery is always on time, with tracking and in a timely fashion. Vials are safely wrapped, clean and never had any issues. Packaging is discreet and I've never had any problem with products arriving.
K4L is top-tier and I will always look there first when looking to stock up.
I’ve used Kits4Less 6 times now and have ordered a variety of products including Test C, Test E, Tren A, Tren E, Dbol, Reta, and just submitted an order for their Whitebox HGH. Every order that I’ve submitted with them was processed super smoothly, shipped quickly, and received easily and discreetly with no issues. Their customer service has always been responsive and helpful and their prices are totally reasonable for what you get, which have always been high quality in my experience.
Test C, Test E, Tren A, Tren E, Dbol, Reta, Cialis, HGH.
Their Test has always been smooth and clear, pins smoothly, and has had no PIP. Results have always been obvious when it kicks in. Strength and fullness kicks in as expected, libido up, hunger up. My go to source for test.
My experience with their Tren E is similar to with their Test. Effects kick in when you expect them. Strength is up even in a cut, fullness and pumps are insane, vascularity is nuts, pins smooth, and no PIP. My experience with their Tren A was nearly identical, but with the exception being that I had a little bit of PIP, but I think that’s more of a “me” thing since I tend to get more PIP with short esters.
Dbol kicked in quick, fullness nearly immediately, pumps were ridiculous and almost painful. Basically the classic “musclebob inflatable arms” dbol experience.
Their Reta is amazing. Reconstitutes easily with no clumping or floaters. Hunger suppression and food noise is on point, works great on a cut, ran it with their Tren E and the results were solid. My wife also takes their Reta and has managed to lose about 100lb in about a year on it.
Their Cialis gives great pumps, very firm erections, and has the added benefit of helping some with elevated BP that can come with Tren.
Will update or add a new review when my next order with HGH comes in, but I expect that won’t disappoint either.
Customer service is always fast and easy, super helpful. Ordering from their website is about as easy as it gets, direct bitcoin link out for payments makes the process extremely reliable and ensures you get the correct wallet and amount for the payment.
Packaging is always discreet. I live on the opposite side of the country from their warehouse so it takes a little longer than some others for orders to get to me but I still generally get my orders with a week or so. I think the longest that it’s taken for an order to get to me was about a week and a half and that’s totally fine with me.

I ordered a Titan HGH kit and a Generostim standard white box. Not my first run with GH but first time with these brands and Kits4less.

I can't say enough about how great these guys are to deal with. My order was lost due to the holiday chaos and Dallas didn't hesitate to get a replacement order back in the mail and heading my way. My experience with kits4less has been has been exceptional. Ive placed 3 orders within the last year and every detail from ordering, to within a week delivery on all orders. Some of the best quality and and pricing I have seen, and I’ve been around awhile.
Started Genero test c -200mg a week for trt after switching sources 6 months ago. sex drive, energy, and progress in gym and overall well being is comparable to high quality test used in the past. Started both titan and standard hgh from kits at 4 iu’s daily. Gradually incremented iu’s to required dosage. The last initial iu caused carpal tunnel at night but subsided after a few weeks. Always been partial to carpal tunnel at night with no dimmer and high dimmer. Been on kits4less tirzepatide 2.5 mg a week for 4 months and now Reta 2 mg a week for the last 2 months and have lost an additional 21 pounds while maintaining lean muscle tissue.

-1Kits4less is awesome! Ordered sustenon, cypinate, deca and BPC157/TB500 and Reta in the last 2 months. Product came in within a week. Feel strong and lean while using the sustenon and deca. Reta got me leaner while still holding on to my strength. I have rotator cuff issues on my right shoulder bpc157/tb500 helped with the pain, strength and mobility. I believe Kits4less products are 100% legit and their prices are better then any sites I encountered.
Ordered cypinate, sustenon, deca and Reta. Right now on sus sustenon, deca, Reta and bpc157/tb500 stack. Products are very effective and feel strong and losing body fat.
Kits 4 less has great customer service. Asked about different color caps on Reta. Very responsive with their answer. Ordering process was easy and explained well.

Finally decided to pull the trigger once they restocked the products I needed. From the time of placing order, to delivery, it was maybe 4-5 days total, maybe a little less. Shipping was pretty quick and discreet, no complaints.
Products ordered were Winstrol 10mg tabs/100 / turinabol 25mg / 100 + 10 vials of test c 250.
Winstrol 10/10- feels absolutely amazing. Pumps are insane, vascularity is improved even at higher bf %. 10mg x2/day is currently what I’m taking
T-bol 10/10- taking 25mg x2/day along with the winny. Again, feel amazing, no headaches. Strength is through the roof, extra stamina. I haven’t taken t-bol by itself yet but the mix w/ Winstrol is 100x better than anavar imo, overall amazing quality orals
Test c 250- tried a sample to see if I would have a reaction, took 125mgs first injection and it went smooth. No pip, did delt injection w/ 3/8 insulin syringe.
Second dose was 250mg/1mL- both delt injections split .5/mL. Small, and I mean tiny lump at injection site for maybe 10 mins. Less soreness than usual test e I’ve been using prior from different source. Overall 10/10. Feel the effects of the test pretty quick, tbh may be better quality than I’ve had prior with other sources. Energy, sex drive, confidence through the roof. All 10 vials crash very easily and came that way, not entirely sure why (temp was cold during shipping, stored temp is around 65. Oil seems less thick as well, not sure if it’s because of the ester, but I noticed that immediately. Once warmed up, draw and injection was smooth as butter.
