@Kc 17.I already have moved on to another source.Another domestic source.Half as expensive as H-1 and gets to me even quicker.Excellent gear too.No complaints from anybody from that supplier.H-1 Was good though.

I wasn't aware of healthy-one until now, haven't seen the site when it was still up. Can someone tell me what orals they had for domestic (var, tbol?)

I ordered twice from these guys with absalutely no problems with E-Mails,Gear,Quality Etc.But that was then and this is now.Where are the reps to keep us informed? "CR3Kk" oredered 10 days ago and nothing yet? That doesnt sound too good and that doesnt sound like H-1.I had no problems in the past,but that was then,this is now.The nature of the beast.

  • Anon » UPDATE: Got my order, something happened with shipping. They reshipped and I had it in 2 days. Gear is g2g.
  • kc17 » Healthy 1 has been on this situation before and came back with a huge inventory they send what was owed me cuz they were out of stock it took them a few weeks but got my goods delivered .... Give them the benefit of the doubt or move on to another source ...

be patient guys, H-1 is a good source, they won't leave all the costumer they have behind for the others suppliers, they got a good market here, they make good money, they will be back, however problems they have rite now, they are working on it, just give then the time they need.

I ordered 10 days ago and my package never arrived. Ive had good experiences with H1 in the past, getting my packages in 2 days or so. I sent an email to support and they informed me that they would try to get to the bottom of it. But as of now that was 2 days ago and ive since stopped getting replies from them. Im still hoping they will figure this out. As of now im out $200. Im hoping my stuff will get here soon so i dont have to go drop another $200 to hold me over.

I have ordered 3 or 4 times through H1. I have had no issues whatsoever. Everything gets here in 3 days. Im on my third dose of enantrex 350 and everything seems legit. They really need to get their site back up soon as I'm running low and need to order more. I trust them and don't want to switch suppliers mid stream. Hurry up fellas!!! Smile

I don't understand why H1's score is so high.

Their customer service is absolute crap.

Their website is misleading, but unfortunately I can't say why because of Forum rules.

I can't possibly be the only one who's experienced the run around with them.

Makes me wonder about this site as well.

Waste of time.

  • jim008 » The site clearly lists what each product is. Considering you're the only one out of 92 people who found this site misleading I think it's safe to say that the problem is mainly you. I never had to deal with their customer service so I wouldn't know. Not too many people on here really has to talk to them since only reason to deal with them is if there's a problem. Makes me wonder if you're even a real customer. Everything you say is extremely vague, you don't even mention exactly what kind of problem you had. A real customer would care about the quality of the gear, price and how fast. Instead you gave it a red X because of something that most people seriously don't even consider.

Also rating it low just because of customer service is really dumb because nobody here honestly cares as long as they get their stuff. What you say makes no sense about payment. First you posted that you are getting the run around, now you're posting that they're not responding to anything you say. Which is it? Considering you're the type of person who found this really basic site "misleading" are you sure that their emails aren't in the spam folder? Either way, once H1 is back up and running, it's more for us.
  • Carlos Danger » I agree that the customer service is less than desirable. When I ordered from them it took 3wks just to be told that they had my scriox with no label. But I honestly gotta say when the gear did arrive and pinned I rated them high. To me it's about the gear. The quality or smoke n mirrors. It's how I look at things. When the stars are aligned and customer service and shipping time is as good as the quality that's when u hit the jackpot. Bro in the end I'll take the quality gear over warm n fuzzy any day.

Just got my order in yesterday. I hate mail couriers sometimes. Packaging was legit. Like the guy below, I had ordered right before the site went down. Tracking never updated.

Just pinned with their concentrex enanthate as well. I have a some pip but its more of an afterthought. I will report back in when I have any updates on the enanthate. Rating raised to 4 stars.

Placed order before the website went off, for the enantrex 350, stuck twice seems gtg, got in 3 days, tracking is worthless don't sweat it, they say it does that when I emailed the wise guy, the only reason I ordered was for the convienence, so if you don't mind spending 3 times the norm, jump in and get high grossed.
