Super stoked to try ZPHCs GH after seeing another member here post lab tests for this I went ahead and pulled the trigger on it. It’s my first time running GH and I’ll be starting at 4IU pre bed
Got some clen , GHKCU , MOTS C , and some T4 to try out

ZPHC has always been golden in my experience. Ran their oils and tabs before and everything checked out. Haven’t personally used their GH, but a few buddies did and said it was legit, and the HPLC reports always look good. Solid brand until proven otherwise.

Im making my way through my first batch of GH as well, and worked up to just shy of 6iu, but hit side effects. Hands falling asleep, pain, swelling.
As someone else said, start with 2iu and see how she goes, my hands are fucking killing me right now.

I know sides are different for each person.. Currently running 4iu and the tiredness is a struggle some days for me. Kids, job etc I just want to rest I do be out in my feet.

What’s your dosing schedule? All at once or split?
It's changed over the years, I used to do morning only years back.
I have tried split am & pm. Wasn't always practical for me with kids etc.
I now take it at night following adivce from members here.. Everybody has there own take on it.
