I ran some and they were awesome. Stick to 50mg per day though, 2 hours pwo worked great for me, but when I tried to run at 100mg/day the lethargy and loss of appetite kicked like a mule. Potent stuff.

To be honest with you. I don't count Cals. I don't eat bad though. I try to stay clean with high proteins. Home cooked meals. No fast food. I eat at least 5 meals a day. My money is limited right now so I do the best I can at the store. Is your profile name cause of Tool?

But I agree , too much mental concentration to count calories and all that bullshit.
Love Tool and A perfect circle. I don't compete. I just like to work out. I'm getting older so maybe I should count them. They are harder to lose.
If you eat a lot of the same things like I do, since you home cook as well, use myfitnesspal app for like two weeks diligently, tweaking your diet as needed, and you'll get the diet nailed down quick and won't need the app anymore unless you're making a drastic diet change like going from bulking to cutting or vice-versa. It's worth that bit of effort to have peace of mind your diet on point.
