Not looking for karma or anthing just trying to: A, figure out wtf this is that came outta my ass; d B, how to make it go away and prevent it from happening again

At first i thought it was an abcess. Never had an abcess before but i heard it was real pussy and smells like rotten eggs. That wasnt the case here, the stuff that came outta my ass was a thin liquid and had no smell to it at all. I did notice i had a minor lump on my glute but it wasnt painful or anything. I have been injecting test e and 1-test cyp. Thanks to anybody who can help, this has never happened before.
