I love training calves! People seem to neglect, I hit them for 10 sets of 12 to 20 reps at the start of every leg workout

wow, I cant train them that intensely, I wouldn't be able to walk the next day lol

High volume, will help stretch that fascia, 10 sets of 15 reps with 30 to 45sec rest inbetween sets will farce the blood in there and stretch that fascia to its maximum.
Your calves won't have any other choice but to grow!
