+ 5 Working on my legs . Quad's are coming in fine. But my calves are slow!

Here's a pic of my wheels. Like I train legs twice aweek an double on my calves. But them bastards refuse to grow. Anyone else have that problem ? An anyone got any pointers to kick calves in gear? Thanks

+1 calves r rough to grow I inject mine w tne before training them yea buddy!
McNASTYIDK about injecting mine. My buddy did that. An he was on crutches for two weeks !! Lol maybe implants! JK to much money ! I'd rather buy GH ! Lol

McNASTYYea, I've read about that. Seems abunch of guys have this problem. An the part that ticks me off the most is legs are my fav body part to workout!! I don't go super heavy 315 is the max I do for squats but , I'm doing drop sets of ten till Im down to 145lbs on the bar then for my last set I do 225 till fail three times
The only thing that got my calves going was training them every 3 days at higher reps. In my opinion they are used to really being utilized every day from walking or running and can take more of a beating then other muscle groups that need more time off to grow. I'm sure you're gonna hear a million different opinions and methods but the only thing you can do is keep changing it up every couple months and see what suits your body best. Calves are stubborn little bastards.

Yup the only time mine grew was when i hit them 3 times a week. They really a stubborn as fuck.
