I am really not one to take pics of my self i am a private person but just decided to take one and post it up . I used to be in shape when i was younger but i got injured and got addicted to opiates and gained a shit ton of weight i was over 300 pounds and very depressed but one day i had enough i went on methadone (bad idea ) but thats for another post anyway i have been working my ass of for the last 2 years and its starting to pay of
i am still holding a bit to much fat but i am working on that .
