Dosages and protocols are super individual. It’s all tailor-made … depends on your goal, your bloodwork, how you handle 19-nors, prolactin sensitivity, E2 control, all that.
I’m on my last 6 weeks of a growth phase right now so I’m pushing a bit harder:
1g Test E
600 Mast E
300 NPP
• a few other things in the mix
But that’s me, my tolerance, my bloods, and where I’m at right now.
Honestly, something like 500 test + 150 NPP is already a very solid place to start. You’ll get plenty of anabolism and that joint relief NPP gives without going crazy. Even though it’s a short ester, it’s still a 19-nor … and some guys just don’t tolerate them well (prolactin sides, mood shifts, libido swings). So starting lower and building up is always smarter.
@MEXVOL … Mast, on the other hand, is more of a feel-good compound for most. Not as anabolic as Primo on paper, but cosmetically? Hard to beat. Dry look, strength bump, libido boost, and that “drive” feeling inside and outside the gym. I call it the joker card … it fits almost any phase if your estrogen is in check.
Hard to really recommend exact numbers without seeing full bloods and knowing your history, but the safest play is always: start low, titrate up, monitor how you respond.

Enanthate is hard to beat, except for Tren, which I prefer as acetate. With the short ester you really get that sharper, more aggressive look, and it’s easier to adjust if needed.
NPP falls into that same exception category, just like Tren acetate. I do have some Deca in stock, but I’ve often heard that the physique doesn’t look quite the same compared to NPP, usually with a bit more subcutaneous water retention.
Either way, I’m going to run a solid testosterone base, paired with Masteron enanthate and nandrolone, most likely NPP rather than Deca
