Couldn't get to the gym today, so I went outside and did 700 lunges. Yeah, 700. Barely can walk now. Going to be a fun week coming up. Lighting makes the right leg look way smaller than the left I think.

Nice when i was locked up we would hit a mile of lunges no joke....or 1000 air squats legs have never been that sore from the gym!

The best time i ever had for a mile was 1 hour 35 min and i did it in sets of eight
