+ 5 Week 1, week 10, week 11

So this is where I started at, the quarantine had left me depressed and lazy AF. Finally I got my game face back on, diet the cleanest it has ever been, and was determined to kill it this cycle!
So first pic obviously not good, Diet was terrible and cardio non existent.
Second Pic is end of week 10, I really cut my carbs to almost nothing and only with breakfast. It was cool to see my body change the way it did but. I give you guys mad props that can keep carbs low long periods of time.
Week 11, last pic. I am definitely more full and feel great! My goal for this cycle was to get as shredded as I could, I have added like 3 lbs actually and I don’t know actual percentage but I definitely have accomplished what I wanted as far as what shredded is for me. Alright guys thanks for all the info and motivation you guys give me!!!
