+ 11 Victim Weight

ad

I hit 199.9 on the bathroom scale this morning, which had been an unobtainable goal for 20+ years. Reta + Test + Primo + GH = A total recomp over the past five months, down almost 50lb. I lifted tens of thousands of pounds, ate right, did more cardio than ever (still not enough) and focused on recovery.

I also did a Dexa scan for the first time this week. It sure doesn't feel like I'm sub 16% BF, but I'm definitely the thinnest I have been since I was a teenager. My plan is to keep pushing hard over the next couple months to get down in the low teens BF% wise, then build this thing back up over 200lb.

Gain it gradually. Now it’s time to build.

Reta is by far the best Peptide to date. Good job keep it up, I too lost 50lbs on that stuff.

Thanks AG. Reta is incredible and the synergy with exogenous testosterone and hgh took it to the next for me.

Looking great man. Time for a proper bulker.

That's the absolute hardest thing in the world to lose a ton of weight, and then convince yourself to eat in a surplus and not worry night and day about getting fat.

But if you're putting in the work, your body is primed to grow after a big cut like that.

GREAT JOB

Thanks Bro! The ride down to 200 has been about enjoyable as it gets, while embracing new levels of suck. I'm looking forward to growing back over it this year.
