I found this extremely helpful for my cutting cycles and wanted to share.

i am giving you a thumbs up cause someone gave you a thumbs down.... however, this would have gone better in a forum, with a link attached. Good info for some though....

thanks bro i appreciate it, yeah i was finding it hard to figure out where to post informative pictures such as this. i have posted here a few times cause the link is directly one a buddy's facebook account and i know things should remain anonymous. In this case i could have just linked it. will post this stuff in the forum next time. thanks alot man, its much appreciated.

I think if you would have just posted a link, people would not have stayed on the page long enough to find the information. Doing it this way shows the info is there and they or at least I looked around at other topics also.

i kinda thought that too, ill probably ask one of the mods what they think about it. just to make sure im not doing anything wrong.

What do you think about Veggie protein powder ...Is it just as effective ??

hollywoodham's picture

i guess if you dont like to eat your vegatables, it would be effective. If your going to use protein powder, the best and purest is whey protein isolate.
