I put this in the USRoids chat, but will put them here also so it gets wider viewership. I sent in unopened vials of USROIDS Test E 300 for testing. One vial of EN1103 and one vial of EN1104. Below are the links to the reports. EN1103 came back at 290mg/ml, but the EN1104 came back at 261mg/ml, which is 13% underdosed and closer to 250mg/ml. Do what you want with these results.
