Many thanks to MegaT883 for the awesome help. Started hitting the proviron and Aromasin as advised. Everything now back into normal Range . My Aromasin from eliteanabolx was on point and knocked it down. 4 weeks later, my E is way down and everything else seems to be good. On TRT from the doc and gotta keep the T levels in Range.
