I do cable crossovers both with an upper profile for upper pecs and a lower profile for lower pecs but not at the same training session, Every other workout I change up. Remember ya ain't trying to rack the stack, Instead moderate weights, high reps and most important picture perfect reps.

Thanks for the compliments guys, means a lot. Oh, I forgot to mention that my coach has extended my cycle to 20-weeks and has introduced NPP into the equation (should be fun). I'll post updated photos in the next 4-8 weeks. Diet is dialed in with only 2-cheat meals a week allowed. Five days of cardio @ 20-mins each session and of course, smashing the weights.
Was at 300mg test-e and 600mp EQ weekly (2x per week pins). My coach bumped it up to 500mg test-e, 600mg EQ (same) and 400mg NPP (3x per week pins). Should be interesting to see the change from where I'm at now til where I'll be in another 8-weeks. Will keep ya posted of course.
with eq increasing red blood cell count i would keep an eye on blood pressure once you start the npp as that will increase red blood cells

you could be fine but from doing research ive found that eq and deca are the top 2 rbc incresears thats why i havnt stacked the 2 together myself it might be worth hitting a mod or 2 with a pm to see whats there opinion aswell
