+ 1 Umbilical hernia surgery finally completed!
ad
So I had my surgery completed on Thursday. I developed my hernia over a year ago, but was too stubborn to get it fixed and take time off from the gym. I feel so much better now that I got it done. Knowing that once Im healed I can go 100% in the gym instead of 75%. Still very sore so I'm eating these pain killers like crazy. lol Ready to get back in the gym and hopefully start my test/tren cycle in August! If anyone else has had this surgery feel free to comment about your experience. Thanks to my buddies who wish me good luck on my surgery!

I had the same thing. Took me two years to finally have surgery. During those years i barely worked out due to fear of making it worse and i felt like crap. Finally my girl convinced me to go under the knife. Took a few months to get back to working out after but it was the best thing i could have done.now its behind me and i feel great. Good job you will be back at it in no time...
shoxingbiceps17Thanks bro. Just had a checkup today (12days after surgery) and they said I could go back into the gym next week and start some lifting...no more than 80% though! Im stoked man! I was sore for 10 tens days straight and then all of a sudden the soreness went away and Im feeling great now!
Best wishes on a quick and safe recovery
shoxingbiceps17Thanks Ranger!
Hope you recover quickly bro. It's gonna be nice to be able to go all out in the gym again.
shoxingbiceps17Oh you know it bro. For the past year I've gotten to the point where I know I could push myself for those last 1-2 reps, but had to cut myself short in fear of even more injury. The motivation is building up inside of me and I cant wait to unleash it!!
RustyhookerHeal up fast!
