I figured I would upload a snap shot of my recent score of my total testosterone which was 1922 ng/dL. ( Figured it would have been higher). I was running 750 mg a week of Ultima Test C 250mg on M, W and F. Bloods where done around 30 hrs after injection.

As you know bud I've been on their Test prop for a while now and love it, absolutely bang on and its what I'll be using from now on. Can't vouch for any of the Ultima long ester test yet but in my next order with one of their resellers I am going to get some Enanth & use it for low dose Test cruises. Their recent MENT I had was a stormer too.
yeah bud I did a cycle with their test and mast a while back, a combo I am very familiar with and I thought it was spot on but there was so many other factors that cycle, prop easier to tell, very distinctive
this test is surprising to say the least man, but I stand by my recommendation to my friend, he will be getting bloods, he wants it for cruising so its crucial it is well dosed. I will see if he will come on here to post it.
750mg only producing 2000ng/dl is rough, thats like 75-100mg/ml like super underdosed
edit: shit more like 50mg/ml
I had there test e in the past, which worked well for me. And I actually just had a few test p land today from OSGEAR. My bloodwork is what it says. Trust me I’d rather not post anything but that’s what we are here to do. Inform one another. I have no bad feelings toward OS. We are going to work on it together and look into it.
I don’t know if it’s me but A pattern has been developing recently with low results for the Cyp ester in general vs high numbers with Enth. Am I reaching here or does anyone else notice this?
Someone else who is a respected member said that he thought he seen something very similar.
I’ve used osgear / Ultima products and they’ve always been good to me. Except this one time. I definitely wouldn’t write them off do this one situation. Osgear and myself can hopefully figure out what’s the cause of this.
Wow. That’s crazy, similar numbers like what I have been pulling with Sust in comparison. Will be interested to see your next set of labs.

The last lab test that we've received from Ultima Pharmaceuticals for their Test Cypionate is from May 2022 and the product is a little overdosed.
AnonIt’s possible that the next batch of cyp that came out after the lab test was underdosed. I was running some of the same Ultima cyp, several weeks in my libido was trashed, no drive, lethargic on the daily. I ended up switching over to Enathate. 4 weeks later I’m feeling better off the Enathate. Do you think it may have been a bad batch?
I have asked @Diesel22 a picture with the batch number on the vials so I can forward it to Ultima Pharmaceuticals for batch analysis. We want to see if there was a problem, since the last lab test / result is quite recent. The Ultima-Cyp in subject here was delivered in August.

I’m on test e right now. That’s what I switched to.
Are you on the same dose ? How far and long were you on cycle and at what week did you switch? Are you actually considering extending the cycle a couple of weeks ?
I went through 2 vials in around 6 / 7 weeks and had the bloodwork done. This is actually almost my first full week on test e.
Not considering prolonging the test c cycle. Im running everything the same dose except I switch out the test c for test e.
When will you end this cycle on test e?
While running the test e - Ill run it for probably 6 weeks. And then I was going to end the last 4 weeks possibly with test p and test s - alternate days. Ex test p mwf and test suspension t, th and Sat. (the decision will be made do to bloodwork, gains etc).

While you were on this ultima test how did you feel? Energy? Sex drive, strength etc? Pinning time before testing is on point
I’m also on other supplements from other sources. But I was continuing to gain strength, libido was above normal. I felt a little tired but I thought that was the hgh. I honestly thought I was going to have a better number
How many weeks were you on before testing?
Over a month. Early September. Went through both vials. I tested just to see where it was not thinking this. I’m on a different type of test now. So I will retest in another 3 to 4 weeks and see the difference.

Dang so you posted it huh? Now for 250mg inj on M,W,F at a total of 750mg this test score is trash.Even 200mg a week will put you around 1500ng/dL. Now of course factors such as dht, estro conversion play a factor but still. So with that being said it looks like your vial is underdosed. I guess Ultima isn't exempt from this like any other. Damn. +1 for bloods
