+ 9 tube from an abcess

well my infection turned into an abcess that I had to have surgery and this tube inserted because I fucked up and didn't follow proper steps to sanitize before I injected. 1 time in 10 years I slipped up. down for a while but at least I get this tube removed this week.

I didn't it's just where they inserted the tube up into the muscle guess it was easier to let it drain I guess idk

Remember- use alcohol pads, wipe the stopper prior to drawing out oil, then wipe injection site prior to pinning, then again after pinning and hold there to stop blood if there's any. Follow those steps and you should always be ok.
Also, try not to pin more than 2-3cc in a site at a time. Any more will raise the risk for abscess. I understand a lot more is possible but not smart.
Oh.. And wash hands vigorously prior to pinning and handling sterile needles, make sure it's antibacterial soap! Or Medical soap if u can get it.
1 slip up in 10 years is all it takes was in a hurry one morning .. Won't happen again
