When I found out Eroids was hosting another EBC, I was crushed at the timing. When it began I would be about eight months pregnant, not exactly good timing! My husband (sexweightsproteinshakes) and I competed together in the last EBC and have always had a very active fitness life together. So knowing the challenges that lay ahead of us, I encouraged him to participate in this one, despite the fact that we would be moving into a new house and having a kid right smack in the middle of it. And damn, he freakin killed it. I can’t even speak enough on how proud I am of his personal strength and drive to finish this thing strong. With everything he had going against him, everything life has to throw at him, he still got his shit together and went to the gym. Lack of sleep, lack of carbs, lack of motivation, didn’t matter. I took these photos in support of him. I post them as a testimony to this life style. Just because you are even pregnant, it doesn’t give you an excuse to mistreat your body. Every person is different and safety first of course, medically speaking. I went with my husband to the gym up until nine months. I only stopped at nine moths because I was packing and unpacking a house. We moved into our house completly two days before I gave birth. I used EBC as a reason to keep eating healthy, keep training and treat my body like a prime machine. And thanks to that, I have a ridiculous strong daughter as well. No excuses. Keep pushing guys, it’s worth it!!
