+ 2 Touchdown ZPHC / SPECTRUM
I received the ZPHC promo here. Unfortunately, not exactly what I ordered. My intention was to test the manufacturer ZPHC, not Spectrum, after talking to John by email, I suggested sending it back and receiving what I ordered on the website, he told me that ZPHC only ships internationally from HK, I understand, but why didn't they tell me before? They should have told me this before I entered the promotion and they should also fix the website, because the website continues to inform that ZPHC has domestic US shipping for the gear I selected. Well, I was clear in private conversations about my interest in testing ZPHC as a lab, I know that many are here for Role Play, I am not, many people are serious. Everything is done and the review will happen in due time, due to the agreement, but I am not satisfied with the transparency of the process.

I am very sorry for the terrible mistake of sending you FREE US Domestic Spectrum Pharma products instead of ZPHC. Truly unacceptable on my part to provide you with high-quality Spectrum Pharma instead of ZPHC. I should have informed you earlier that ZPHC only ships internationally from HK at this time, and I sincerely regret not fixing the website.

@zphcstore Mistakes happen to both sides. What matters is how we resolve them later! John, I appreciate your objectivity and recognition in seeing that there really was a problem. Whether it was a free or paid order becomes irrelevant in this context. The most important thing from my point of view is that the agreement between the customer and the vendor is being fulfilled. I want to emphasize here that you resolved the situation well, and inform everyone that John will ship the new order internationally free of charge. There are no words to describe such professionalism. I just want to thank you and emphasize that new TD and the review will be done at the right time.
I've tried both brands, both are good.
I ordered off a different supplier and sometimes I got Specturm then ZPHC I ordered. Other times I got ZPHC.
I assumed they where the same company. Both on Par with each other.

Yeah, both brands are solid. ZPHC and Spectrum are separate, but both deliver great quality. Let me know if you need anything.
They’re different, I already used spectrum once, but the whole thing is don’t get what you ordered for. Other than that it’s all good. I appreciate the effort of theirs but unfortunately they were not crystal clear. And it’s something to take into consideration. I will review the entire thing after: promo experience, cycle, results when finished.
Prices where great compared to most vendors
I ordered off source, not this source for me and my mates. All rated Spectrum highly.
