Hold tight brother I’ll write it up. I’m on Week 6.

I recently went through a big career change if you call it that and I’m trying to work out what diet/macros work for me now. Mostly high protein low carb and moderate fat as my body doesn’t process high amounts of carbs very well. The plan was to eat maintenance and recomp but Im adding some quality mass so I will need to lower the calories if I want to stay below 12% but at the moment I’m happy with the progress as I’m growing and still lean enough.

I’ve ran lots of Tren ace, I get nearly 0 sides with ace as appose to the e version which I can get gassed, weird mental sides and BP issues. I’ll put on more lean lbs with e and look more full but with ace I’ll get more strength gains, achieve that crazy cut up Tren look and feel a lot better mentally. This is all diet dependent but if all things are equal these are my personal findings between the 2 versions.

I much prefer ace as the mental sides with the e can get real heavy, really quickly but generally speaking a blast is more successful if I use e as I’ll gain more lean muscle which is my main objective and I’ll look better carrying a little water and being fuller compared with ace where I’ll be dry as a bone and look a little stringy.

I’m leaning more towards NPP/deca and mast as I’m more concerned about my blood work in the last couple of years but wanted to run another tren blast for various reasons.

Thank you for the sum up bro, yes i only ran tren ace and never experienced a single side, it leans me out and stuff but i wanna try tren e and see the difference, i think u are right about the sides because tren E builds up and ace doesnt, so at some point, tren E is way stronger than ace in the middle of the cycle...
Going to run 500 test, 600tren and 400 mast aswell, along with 4 iu of gh
It will be caloric surplus tho, my bodyfat is fine, if i can get some lean mass without getting fat would be really nice

The build up is a motherfucker that’s for sure! Great way of putting it. If life is going your way I’m sure the cycle will also. Any real issues I’ve ran into while running gear is when life is stressed to the max.

Be great to see a before and after, you’re already super dense so it’ll add some craziness to your physique that’s for sure.

Gh definitely. It helped me get in the nutrients of another 500 calories of clean food to my diet while not needing to add cardio. So i plan on up calories even more to where i have to add cardio.
So the ability to eat more and grow while staying lean and using less anabolics
So i eat more , workout less now 4 days aweek no cardio and look my best ever in my mid 40’s
And that is on 250 test 400 mast. Just added npp 3 weeeks ago and so excited to see what happens

I may try to 230am Hgh shot. Currently I’m taking 2iu nords around 5am and 2iu of geno’s around 3pm. Always on a empty stomach. I may switch it up and do the 230am

I would love to mate I have a couple of kits but diabetes runs in my family as well as tumours/cancer so I’m very wary of the side effects of GH. You’ve made some crazy changes in the last couple of years that’s for sure

I go to bed at 10pm then i set the alarm for 230am inject the hgh then go back to sleep and wake up and eat at 5am
Ive gotten away with only needing 2iu
I started with 7 days aweek and now on 5 days aweek and see nooo difference and definitely inject on workout days

Yes I’m lucky in that aspect and have had to switch my diet around in recent to avoid any unwanted health issues.

I have not tried that HGH yet but I think I am going to do exactly what you said and stash it until I have enough for a bout a year or at least a couple more kids and just order consistently throughout my run but I would rather just have the stock to be honest I plan on running 2 to 4 units a day Probably going to stick with two units a day and take Saturday and Sunday off as I hear this is the best way to run it I have ran HGH plenty in the past but I keep reading new research and I’m just trying to go with the consensus lol

I’ve been told 5 days a week for Hgh, what information did u read as to why it is better? I guess I always figured 7 days a week to keep levels up, even tho the half-life isn’t long at all. I’m gonna have to read some about this dosing schedule. I guess I can see why recent studies says that. Plus it makes the Hgh supply stretch a little longer

There’s some great articles on here on dosing protocols with HGH and from what I’ve gathered is that running 5 days on gets your levels up and steady and the two days off gives your body that release then boom back on again primed and ready. I am not sure the science to quote right now but this is basically what I’ve gathered LOL. I will definitely keep everyone and you posted on how this growth does. Im itching to start it now but I kinda want to wait till I have at least another two kits.
