Sorry to hear that. Im good. I'm having to start back over as well. I had to step away for minute. A vacation of sorts. Except no sunshine and no drinks with umbrellas ya dig. Needless to say I didnt have access to hormones. So I lost quite a bit. I was able maintain a strong 190. And sittin about 198 to 203 depending on when I weigh. So I have some work to do !
