I got a chest day back day shoulder day 2 leg days and arms….arm day I always start with barbell curls then skull crushers then over to preacher curls then tricep push downs (with the rope’s) and then hammer curls and finish up dips…4-5 sets of all with 12-15 reps and slow controlled movements none of that swinging and throwing bullshit I see guys doing all over the place…..
