Bodybuilding on any level is about competing against yourself. I’d love to look like Exotic Fit, obviously it isn’t going to happen. What does happen are little gains at this point, for me there huge victories.

Its human nature to lie. The one thing a toddler/kid does that we dont have to teach them. Its natural. Your thicker than me. I used to be ashamed because i dont have the time with work and kids to get more proportioned or work on the abs more and still self conscious about walking in public with my shirt off. You guys have seen more of me than people in my own town. Even my first pic i ever posted i got ragged on about my gyno so didnt walk around shirtless in public after that.
