+ 14 these were very tight 12 weeks ago

Ok if you want to neg me go for it but i figured i would throw this out there....... so i used to be very fit.. played football through out High school and was very into lifting.. got into some shit and got lazy.. got married and had 2 kids and got even more lazy.. i put on about 100lbs of fat during this time.. i finally got sick of not being able to get out of bed in the morning being tired all day and not having the physical or mental energy to do anything or even play with my kids.. did i decide to use aas to help me get back into shape? Yes i did.. but hardwork and dedication is what got me this far and yes i have slot further to go.. i have more energy than ever now and life at home is getting better and better every day..i have dropped a total of 50 pounds in 12 weeks and i am still going and building muscle i didn't even know i had in the process.. i would like to thank everyone on here for their support and advise... sorry if some people don't agree with what i have done and how i have done it but it was my choice... like i said the shorts i am wearing were tight 12 weeks ago without tying them now they are loose and the loose Ness you see is with them tied at that

I don't think anyone here would neg anyone for showing positive influence and bettering themself.

I was in similar boat in 2010 and got sick of not being around for my kid.

Just think of the positive influence you are for your family!

Good job man, I'm in a similar boat shot up to 323 when my old lady got pregnant but I'm 6'6" so I didn't carry it to bad... Yes I did but anyway back down to 280 and ready to gear up.. Keep up the good work big guy!!
