This is from several weeks ago. I thought I would be healed enough to start lifting again but that is not the case. Loss of gains after over a month without lifting? Fucking catastrophic :( STAY STRONG.

noob941thanks guys. I only let it heal a month, bad decision, it returned to it's original inflammed state, and has been super slow in loosening up. And I am getting soft fast. But it is what it is, I will give it time and ease back into lifting. Remembering to use my muscles not my ego.
THNX AGAIN BROTHERS
Dam man .... You be back up on your feet man stay the course
Good thing for muscle memory . You gonna come back hard thou
bigmurphIm right there with you I've been out since nov 5 I just started lifting again super lite but it feels so good. I lost alot of size myself. But I took the time to cut up and thin out. Im down from 242 carrying alot of fat on my frame now im just above 210 slim and cut. I haven't been this slim in 3yrs. I know it sucks but what I found helped was me doing this. Try to find something you can do to keep yourself in the game some how. Hit your arms or legs im not sure how your injury is affecting you but you will heal it takes time but let your self heal or you will fight the injury forever and it will always be a hinder to your gains.
Good luck brother Keep your head up if you need anything hit me up anytime I'm here to help
Sorry to hear about your fall. Back issues can be especially disruptive when you're eager to return to the gym. With that being said, please adopt a tentative, methodical approach to recovery. This means plenty of rest and therapy, as needed. Moreover, only resume training when the body is ready to handle a weight-bearing load and not before. Aggravating an acute, spinal injury, through any means, entails the real possibility of crippling yourself or incurring permanent nerve damage.
