Well I started with the Lawn on this cutter. Dropped 2 lbs already!
Off to the gym and hit these legs. I need more size everywhere, while dropping fat! No more icecream! LOL ;-P
I know its a crappy pic, but it captures the sweat from mowing! Sorry, I'll do better!

Thanks Convict, a lil MT2 and a tanning booth at the gym I just stay tan now. I think this year I'm gonna go for Brazilian!
I have to keep pushing, after seeing where I can get to in these EBC's! I never had Abs showing when I was young and hitting the gym. I'm not letting them go away now!

Thanks Brother, it's Oatmeal, Eggs, Shakes, Chicken, Broccoli, String Beans, Salad, More Protein as my basis again! It worked well last go round except the muscle loss. I'll keep the cals up higher with Protein this time. And a weekly Carb reload.
Sounds like a plan . You keep that protein intake high you should be good on the wasting brother .

Brother that's just mean! I ate a 1/2 of Snickers IceCream and Rocky Road last week knowing I wouldn't be able to have any for the next couple months! On my way to my first NPC comps in August!
