Starting var in a few days any advice on dosage times thru the day for the var?

Anoni ran my var at 60mgs split up twice a day and worked my way up to 80mg. 40mg at 7am and 40mg at 7pm. But the half is about 8 hours. So if you wanted to keep it stable in our blood the best way to run it is split you dosage up 3 times a day.
