Sorry I didnt have befor pic as I feel like jack ass taking pics of my self. But any how my freinds know I cant do bent rows and stuff due to an old problem so any progress I make is from pull ups shrugs and cable work. For my back any way. No scale at the house but im gessing 205ish. Thx swole your gear is for sure the best iv had.

Some people are assholes and once they get a little bit of power they have to abuse it. I know. It happened to me. All because of an argument. I got negged a ton of points out of pure spite.
