Yes you are a growing boy, I think you may have slipped down below 25 yrs old by now. I just working out to maintain and getting my chest stronger again after the pec tear. Gonna try and get in on the next EBC I guess.

We just finished a 10x10 routine, Traps would have been affected by Face Pulls, Seated Close Grip Rows, Upright Rows, Shrugs, Delt Lateral Raises......
