+ 13 Summer cut update

7/2 .... ok friends so here is an update...I went at the start of my cut and did the bodpod... my bf was at 23%.. Holy crap I'm fat Lol.. no wonder I couldn't see my abs.. it seems like as I get older I need to re adjust diet constantly.. that test was may 3rd.. so here we are about 8 weeks later and that's the new pic.. the one with the dumbbells on the floor is the current pic.. The other is the original... As you can see my abs are coming back in finally.. I'm no expert in diet but I know enough to make changes.. I'm about half way through my cycle so I'll upload a final pic once I'm done.. thoughts??

Are you putting in any cardio?
I like to load up on carbs directly after fasted cardio in the morning & then blast my lifts. I’ll get another 50grams of carbs directly after my listing around 12:30 & cut out all carbs by 2 in the afternoon.

Thanks brother...I work construction in the am so I try to fast till about nine or so. ..I honestly don't do to much cardio after I lift I'm usually pretty spent..I have started to really keep my heart rate up at work as much as I can.. as far as diet goes I'm right around 1800 to2000 calories daily and on the lower end the only macros that change is the carbs...I notice carbs cycling works best for me as I'm one of those people that feel terrible on super low carbs.. between the work and the gym it just beats on me to much
