You look great. I am also 42. I am looking to get striations, really vascular, and really lean out. I have always been bigger and stronger than most. I can rep so heavy even when I am not cycling because I have just done this a couple of times the last few years. Exercise health and fitness have became a way of life for me.
He doesn't look a damn thing like that picture now.
