Haven't been on here in a minute. Thinking of dropping into a show soon. Doing my prep on my own this year. Figuring out what works best for me rather than put my body in a coaches hands. Never dropped weight so easily before. Ow to keep the detail coming! Down to 200lbs

Your height is a major asset and take that solid package of yours into the light heavyweight class. If you can dial-in to the 5 to 6% body fat range at 190 pounds you will smoke your competition. That's some good work brother.

Thanks. I've really just been taking in all my carbs around my workout times and then switch to higher fats for the rest of the day/night. I workout in the morning so once my workout is finished I'll switch to more grilled chicken or salmon salads (kale, spinach, romaine, arugula) with avocadoes or nuts. I'll check the mirror often to see any new striatuons or details.

I've been doing morning cardio it has worked well for me more than once to cut down. I have really been thinking about doing my whole workout when I get up in the morning.
I might have to start trying the am workout
