Took some new pics, realized for someone 6'-2" and 230 lbs I got some small joints lol.
2nd pic : Also took some pics to see if I still have a pic of my daughters face on my left bicep and its confirmed! I actually can see it In the mirror now that I know it's there. Feel free to degrade me, I need the motivation!

start doing FST 7 for your forearms and do that with wrist curls, might seem funny but it will help balance your arms out
