+ 5 Slowly Coming Back 17 1/2"
ad
Lost a lot of size on the arms with the Forearm and Bicipital tendon issues. Pulling and curling has been limited. I've been slowly coming back with less weight and better contraction. The right still won't flex completely but the pain is almost gone! Let this be a lesson to everyone, Muscle gets stronger faster then the Tendons can handle that strength! I learned the hard way, and been dealing with this for more than a year!

Looking great GF. I've missed you and the Mrs ;) +1
Thanks iheartyou, We're still hitting it hard. I'm shifting into cutter mode changes will be a comin' LOL ;-P
How are you coming along?
You're welcome. Glad to hear you're both still hitting it hard. I've been slacking quite badly. Had a few issues, but am back at it hard from Monday ;)
No slacking, bad girl! LOL ;-P
Things happen, it's what you do after that matters. Glad to hear your back at it!
I consider myself chastised!! lol.
I'll be back on form in no time. Thanks ;)
Steveb17.5 is huge, especially for someone as tall as you. +1
It doesn't look big on these long arms though ;-(
But you know I'll keep working on them! LOL ;-P
Keep it up big guy! +1
Gotta keep going, Mrs.Fit is catching up! LOL ;-P
Good shit man, i'm still at 16.5
Are your arms equal size btw? My right arm is a half inch smaller then my left...
But you look bigger in comparison with the height!
Left side is 17 1/4. Used to be a half, but the right Bicep Tendon let the left catch up some! LOL ;-P
Its weird I can fully flex the left and it feels larger.
This same issue has happened to me. I completely understand what you are going through ..... Although I have not seen a doctor, I have suffered drastically. Fantastic that you are coming back up in size and muscle usage.
Really sucks when you want to go all out and you can't because of not only the pain but you learn if you keep hurting it you'll NEVER heal. So you have to slow down, find other exercises, lighter weight......watch your wife curl more than you, do body weight pull ups, put her own DBs in place for overhead presses! I can still bench more than Mrs.Fit though, for now! LOL ;-P
If you haven't tried the tennis elbow band give it a try it helps as long as you don't try to go hard.
Time off, no direct bicep work, lighter weight\higher reps, strict form, as soon as you break form and jerk or swing the weight its gonna bite you. Good luck brother!
absurd...only a comment and nobody has voted.
it's very difficult for a very tall person to build an arm like this.
i know very well this problem, and now your results are great!
Gorillafit, absolutely +1
Thanks Mark! It doesn't look like much, but its about 2 inches bigger since the last EBC. Working with 20-30lb DBs because that's all the tendons would take without more inflammation. This shot is after a Chest and Tricep workout not much pump on the Bi's. Lil by Lil.
nice, your getting it back big man!!!
Thanks Bro!
