After two rotator cuff surgeries I am finally starting to feel good through out my whole workout. Not to much pain. But the barbell bench still gives discomfort. I will get where I want to be.

On the bench use your normal width grip, but try pulling your elbows in towards your sides when you setup. Don't let them flare out.

Your absolutely correct Mr G, Really concentrated on form and not lift to heavy. Made a world of difference. I have come to the conclusion my heavy benching days are over because all I wanna think about under the bar is my shoulder tearing again. Thanks for the tip
