Mine showed up the same way 4 weeks ago (not free but not pucked) . Been using em since and hv had excellent results. Energy levels are increasing very well and just got a bodyfat test done tday. Dropped 2% already which is not super great but still good for me especially within such a short time period. Just ordered another few kits last night n paying for my own blood test to show some local guys around my neck of the woods that cheap price doesn't have to mean cheap quality. Hope u get the same if not better results drdolittle.
