I wrote a thread a while back, thanking everyone for everything and I really meant it when I said I couldn't do it without you. It was easy for me because I stood on the shoulders of the people from eroids. The compliments belong to you guys. The SRCs, the members, admin and everyone. United we stand!

I'm also lucky to have the gym I have. Its filled with MMA, jujitsu, you name it. We have woman fighters that will flat out whip a mans ass. I seen a guy trying to get away from one and she threw him down, he finally had to put her into submission and made her tap out, then he gracefully held his hand out and helped her up. There's no whining at my gym, thank gawd.

I have been hitting the shoulders as hard as I can without winding up back in surgery My goal is to have the "Nitti Shoulders" in another year. (Fingers crossed I don't rip anything)

I was disappointed till i clicked a pic....then i said oh...okay....not too shabby...in fact pretty good and those legs got alot of potential bro good lookin calvs
