Just throwing a little pharma GH in.... Got a 5 month old baby at home, so trying to shred that baby fat ! Lol.
Muscles still on swole, thick as hell, but my V taper to small waist has disappeared .
This, diet, HIIT and cardio.... I'll be back to turning heads soon.
