That is pretty much right on the money. 2iu's is "health" benefits wnd starting at 4iu's is where the lean muscle building starts. I will do 2iu's for ten days and then do 4iu's for the duration of this kit. So this will last about 5 weeks.
It depends on your regimen...for therapeutic use, you could could use 2 or 3 IUS. Typical use would be 5 days on, 2 days off. So at w/t 5on/2off it would be a week with 2 IUS. For anabolic/muscle growth use you would ramp up to possibly to how much you could handle the sides. They aren't comfortable...but for long term use even at 2IUS, I swear this stuff keeps you lean and I guess it helps the skin.
