Scar don't look that bad, good luck in recovery and take it easy. + 1 for going through with it bro. If you don't mind me asking how much did the surgery cost?

youngtricep98's picture

Insurance covered most for me, 15,000$ for a complete reattachment.

isn't it ridiculous how much doctors charge. It was like 20000 for everything for my knee surgery

That sounds reasonable, may get mine done in the future. Been 5 months since I tore mine and its fully recovered with using GH and did a light cycle, but of course there is the noticeable Indention when i flex my peck. Glad you are ok bud, see you in a future EBC champ!

What were you doing when you tore it? I fucked mine up flat benching. Probably should've had surgery but decided against it since the doc said it wasn't a complete tear and had a chance to heal on it's own but now I'm not so sure since I don't have full strength back and it's been almost a year. It could be all in my head though, like I'm afraid to go all out.

Flat bench brotha did me in. Mine was a grade 3 tear. Hoping stitching holds during PT

Yup, sticking to dumbbells now. Best of luck in your recovery.
