GW kicks EQ's ass all day long for endurance IMHO. I don't notice much fat loss other than leaning up from the increase in Vo2 that GW provides if your doing some HIIT cardio a few days a week.

I've never tried EQ, but I agree with your statement on GW. Don't notice fat loss from GW directly, but the increase in endurance allows those extra calories to be burned without as much effort. It's especially beneficial if you hit cardio on an empty stomach, I noticed very nice results with morning cardio before eating. Also the increased endurance makes cardio less dreadful so motivating yourself to do it is easier
