Replacement great finally arrived after a very long wait.

I wish things wouldn't have went down the way they did a few months back and he would have handled things a little faster but I do appreciate the fact that he is making things right and hope he doesn't stop till every last person is taking care. Thanks for making the effort to fix things, better late then never.
