Hello gents I was in a car wreck about a year ago that left me fucked up. I got fat and lost hella muscle but I'm back! Plan on running a simple cycle of test from naps only this time. Sorry for the shitty pic! Happy lifting bros

Thanks bro and what really sucks is that I lost pretty much all leg muscles do to the injuries in my back =(

Now the main thing is not to hurry, if slowly, then everything will be OK. Start with a light weight, and listen to your body. Don't forget about good diet, vitamins, eat more calcium for your bones. Again - "the main thing is not to hurry".

I advise you to combine Testosterone with Anavar, or Nandrolone. They are very well help the joints and bones, strengthening them. As a result, you will be protected from possible injury, pain, discomfort in the joints. And do not forget about antiestrogens as HCG or Provimed

Thanks dude yeah it sucks it sent me into a depression because I couldn't workout. I've gotten my strength back up and muscle memory is definitely taking effect. I figure I'll just run a simple test cycle here in about a couple weeks to get back into the swing of things.
