Oohwee, that mix 5 was no joke. Took 1cc, went to the gym about 40 minutes later. Was doing bench press at about 90 minutes and was feeling good so I kept adding 10lbs, set 3 PR's. Now I'm old with long arms so they're probably lower then most people here, but I'm proud of me
