re-evaluated at 20% bf..now carb cycling

In a previous picture I thought I was 30% bf but found some pictures of bf percentages and realised im about 20%....
Got some sound advice off of ollie and gonna start my carb cycling tomorrow... gonna aim for 10-15% before my next cycle.

I'd say you defo look less than 20% BF in this pic mate!
Whaaat im shocked lol... aint seen my abs for almost a year lol..maybe they will say hello in a few months... this is the first time I've had to lose fat of my body so its new to me lol.
