Late posting this, but awhile back I placed an order for some Norditropin cartridges. The cartridges got damaged during the shipping process. I contacted RB with this issue and with no hesitation RB let me change products to Saizen and t3/t4 of the same value and re shipped with no questions asked. These guys are great to do business with!
