I violated probation with my new charge, getting the girlfriend and her sister to steal rightfully what was mine, just didn’t know 7 other items would be included in discovery.
At the end of day, once I violated probation without catching new charges the sherriff was already looking to deliver PFA on me so I kinda dipped out and just wild out for a bit before the Marshalls descended on my abode .
It’s not even respectable to ask out in open “what did you go to jail for” it makes me feel like you have no clue how anything surrounded with “ life of crime” works,, respectfully ..
But yeah open book here …
AK80Oh I've done my fair share. 90% of people on here have. Funny how DHEA isn't allowed in Canada, but it is in the USA. Funny how Ephedrine isn't allowed in the USA, but it is in Canada. B&E back in 1999 and only because I was 18 did I have to do 6mos and then another 6mos in halfway house. Learned a lot. Got stronger mentally. Respect.

So I know a medical staff is set up in prison huh? If that's the case then they probably can get away with this type of thing. But it is crazy getting test behind the walls. I just talked to my cousin and he said it is crazy. I'm thinking he went through something like Duck's situation. Dude went in at 6'4 185 pounds and gets out 3 1/2 years later and he's over 250 pounds with no neck looking like an NFL linebacker. He was always strong though. I don't know Patches. Go figure. What's really going on!!
Programming. No gear. What we all know right. You ain't gotta have gear to get big. Eating at set times every fucking day and programming every fucking day is going to get you that size.
Yep that's what my cousin said. I kept thinking he was on gear behind bars but he wasn't but damn it I wanted to believe that he was. I was surprised. The only secret is time. On the street you dont get half the free time to workout whenever you want or all the right rest and sleep you can get in there. Eat, workout, nap, eat, workout, nap. Even in lockdown, nothing to do but pushups ,pullups and dips lol
I really believe it's the eating schedule. Every dude I knew that was big and doing it they ate the same, every day and at the exact same time. Everything is programmed on time. Eat, train, sleep. Every day , nothing is different it is the same every day. Social media has gave up what we as men can push ourselves to and the results we can get naturally. But it takes years, every day and on time, every day
Training inside is second nature and when you’re not enhanced you’ll pick up whatever is easiest, I was shredded at like 170pounds and I was a top ten runner in my home prison and top five for jumping burpees, crazy bear crawls around the tracks
My muscles are designed for endurance, my legs are long and my torso is short and I have a hard time putting muscle on but I’ll be dammed if any of you guys on here could hang with demanding cardio and body weight exercises, don’t get me wrong every muscular guy was in a gym session and in PA that’s only twice a week
Pay the guy who runs programming an extra E-cig and that will get you another two days, my guy Mike actually works inside the gym at Houtzdale so he goes everyday and his powerlifting total is INSANE for someone who used to be a 300 pound fat methhead.
150 years the dude has but he’s thriving behind bars away from meth and a dedicated institutional life. In some ways prison makes all of us age backwards, I can’t describe it, I didn’t drink or smoke and my cardio was intense.
When my diet fell off I’d get rowdy and do a trip to the bucket and force myself to read novels and it weight properly.
This outside the fence shit is properly FUCKED, my community is in disarray , corrupt politicians running our taxes into the fucking beach which makes MILLIONS every single season.

This one dude thought he’d take me under his wing and have me live on his compound when we all got out of prison.
He kept talking about his “MA” like she was his sister/lover/mother and we’d all live there rent free and smoke meth, crazy thing was this dude was a great workout partner he was a solid 200 pound white guy that gained 40 pounds of muscle his couple of years.
Only to admit to us that he would go back home and smoke all his gains away, he was never in denial about this.. his picture book was filled with another cons girlfriend from the same area.

As long as you are able to eat everything in sight in there and have no taste buds, you will constantly be in a calorie surplus too so you will always be getting bigger pretty much. If you do nothing but eat, train and sleep its so much easier to be in that position than in the outside world where you are getting sleep deprived getting up to go to work, expending energy at work, doing various other chores and tasks and then having to be in bed again rather than out eating the days energy expenditure.
Ask anyone who’s done more than three years in an institution , how hard it is to adjust to world so massive and unaware of each others feelings and respect,

These bulls in prison never once talk out of line , 100% kosher unless provoked and everything is that way until YOU make it not.

For sure, one of the questions I have put to many members on here who have done time is how they dealt with coming down off gear when stuck in a prison, and no one has ever said they got offered any kind of help. Maybe that's because no one generally asks? I can see them making it part of the punishment though, making sure you bottom out for a few months and feel like shit.
State took our weights away years ago. They damn sure ain't giving these boys testosterone. Now all the guards are running gear just hoping one of us will make a move. I'm friends with alot of them now.
Yeah weights been gone. Not sure about giving test inj to inmates. Probably gotta be a bad situation though. I don't know man. This is 2024 now. Wouldn't surprise me.
Yeah they took weights claiming "safety because they used as weapons" but truth was they hated seeing prisoners get bigger than the guards. Thats the real reason they took free weights out and able to violate civil rights legally

Pennsylvania has indoor gyms where convicts can sign up for certain sessions are monitored. The CO’s in bumble fuck mountain areas in central PA are 1) not juice heads, 2) ugly inbreds with copious amounts of fuck you money based off our suffering, 3) Trump supporters so they can be cool if you just don’t act like a black kid from philly 4) will be manipulated to bring Suboxone and k2 into facility

I lived in barracks with him I ate with him every day, worked the field with him everyday, programmed with him everyday for 13 months and then he transferred out to another facility going home but he put damn near everyone there to shame. There was some bigger but my boy was big with striations and cuts, vascular.. he was just fucking different.

They get 100% compliance and no violence at 175ngdl, during quarantine and intake I was completely taken off my trt dose and tested 3 weeks later @ 174.5ngdl, you couldn’t make this shit up, I have the paperwork as well, but back to the topic… I felt so lost and apathetic to everything around me, I was at such a distinct disadvantage upstate until I was put back on, I started feeling better at week 4 until I transferred to SCI Houtzdale where I was given a proper “trt” dose of 200mg every two weeks
The lowest those labs read on day 12 was 299ngdl not so bad but def not something I was feeling being around all them gorillas

Richest county jail in PA… I had just gone to an endo a month prior to arrest and was able to convince the doctor to put me on 100mg a week, seeing as the county had to legally honor my prescription that saved me right there..
However I was coming off a good Tren blast and figured I could swing a dose increase, my PA was a former juice head and trt guy so he made sure we waited till day 7 to draw labs, I read 408ng and we took that to the medical director . I had filed a grievance for the simple fact the biological females in the jail receive HRT @ 200mg and so should I because 400 is still in the “lowing” range,
The follow up with PA Molly was something different, she seemed flirtatious and just made sure I didn’t have any misconducts, working as the inmate monitor had me in good standing, I was up @ 4 am every
Morning to watch the crazies and without sufficiently high testosterone I felt like I could not mentally cope
I promise on everything I still love this process took about 1.5 months but I went for a shot on a Tuesday and there it was depo test 200mg /ml it was like damn okay tbh is isn’t bad for jail, at all, maintained my demeanor and thought extra carefully as to not get into altercations and it stayed that way.
I guess what you’d call ptsd from a couple inmates gang waring all day with me, trying to shit me down, banging constantly .. the smell of shit .
It doesn’t compare to the vets who serve and watch their buddies get blown up but I do have tinnitus in my ears constantly as a result of the bullshit, not to mention all the dick I’ve seen,

When I was locked up I was the first inmate to complete this new job course they had started and they found a grocery store that was gunna start hiring guys from in the jail, I was the first one they agreed to take, so I would’ve been working like 9-5 ina grocery store and then back to the jail at night. There nothing like that at all where I’m from. The store agreed and everything, then special ops came in and shut down the transportation for it. But if I would’ve got it, I would’ve had to not fuck around cus no one would’ve got another chance if I had fucked it up.

I’m glad you were able to get the work release program started in your area and keep it, it’s the guys that get sent to our work release building that decided it’s easier to go around the corner and get Suboxone in the facility, I’m all for subs in fact I came off it recently but it’s not helping the inmate population.
When people wonder why there is no official AB or Peckerwood guys upstate I tell them this, “The Suboxone single handled dismantled any sort of white supremacy gang, they didn’t even need to lift a finger”
Everyone conning and stealing , 1488 nowhere to be fucking found, I decided to do my own thing, they hated I was short time too, I did put myself up top to max my number out and that’s where I fucked up.
No probation because of it sure but to get that trt dose slashed, that was my goal in county, and to this day no one from our county has been prescribed a cruise dose of 200mg. The jail has been up since 1985 I believe
