Biologic1Noob: I hope you do not mind if I respond to your PM here. I have been training for 38 years, and have 20 years of experience w/ PEDs.' Having said that, I am not always right, so if we post here we can get feedback from other members.
You have a very physically demanding job. That is going to affect the amount of cardio I recommend. If you had a desk job, I would shoot for 45 minutes, 4-5 days a week. For you, do one hour on each of your days off, and then 2 30 minute sessions the rest of he week. Keep your test at around 300 mgs a week. Try and get our hands on some legit GH, it will do wonders for you, especially in the fat burning department.
You need to be more specific about your diet. I need macos, fat, protein, carbs and fiber (which cancels out carbs). 1800 calories seems low, but I need the macros. Are you getting at least 250 grams of protein a day? You need this amount or more with your job and a hard w/ out schedule.
Please post up your labs. You had some done before your program of weight loss, yes? I need to see them. Your health dictates your allowable gear use and cardio needs. I need triglycerides, Hematocrit, TSH, IGF-1, BP, just to name a few. If you do not want to post here, then PM me.
Biologic1Much respect for having the guts (literally, lol) to post up that first pic. You are doing great Can you run your cycle, diet, and training by me? I hope you are only on low dosed test, as that will fit your needs. A lot of gear will be counterproductive at this juncture.
The most important thing for you is diet, and cardio. Do you have any lab work? What is your IGF-1 level? I ask, because you are at the age where it is probably fairly low. Mine is at the bottom or lower (tested at bottom once, and below bottom twice...and that is for a 50 year old).
The main point is that you are likely to benefit greatly from low dosed GH. I do 1.5 IU's a day (Rips) with great results. I eat more, yet still lose bfat. Skin, hair, all look younger.
How frequently, and how much cardio are you doing?
Good job buddy!!! +1
